The department provides technical support for all platforms delivered by Dealogic. Globally the team provides client technical support 24 hours a day to 200+ clients.

The ECM team focuses on working with the Equity Capital Markets (IPOs, Follow-Ons and Convertible Bonds) within Investment Banks.
We work with agile methodology, this way we ensure the constant communication between all the colleagues who are responsible for the product – Product Managers, Test Engineers, Business Analysts, Architects.

You will be working in an agile team of developers, test engineers, development manager, technical architect and product owner.
The Product Component Owner (PCO) is accountable for the gathering of requirements and creation of solutions. Working together with Product Management to drive the long term product strategy. To use their business knowledge of banking to ensure the Company software is high quality, satisfies the original requirements and is operationally fit for its business purpose.
The technical architect is accountable for the technical design and modelling of solutions ensuring the design is maintainable, extendable and in-line with standards. The architect will contribute to the technical roadmap for the product and communicate this to the development team.
The Database Management team’s primary role is to support and maintain Dealogic’s database infrastructure for internal and external clients around the world. The global team has members in London, New York, Hong Kong and Budapest who report to the Head of Database Management.

The position involves developing applications to ensure that the business products are delivered to the clients' requirements on time.
Operating within the engineering division, the test department provides testing services to Dealogic’s business divisions. Transactional and data-based products across the Dealogic platform are developed, maintained, integrated and tested.

The Technical Support Engineer will work closely with client based IT groups, internal client relationship teams and product specialists to provide seamless high quality support. Individuals in this position will act in an escalation capacity for high impact issue resolution. Members of this team will work directly with identified clients ensuring smooth and timely deployment of Dealogic applications installations and upgrades.
